What you will need:
- 1 skeleton from Boneyard Bargains
- a bench(I built mine out of 2x3's and some pine, then padded it and covered it in red satin)
- 2 motors Part # from C and H sales.
- 2 48in angle iron bars
- 3+ 1in metal bars
- 3+ 3/4 metal bars
- misc. springs
- a piece of polyethelene (that white cutting board material. It's self lubricating, so the rod doesn't stick)

- 1 5/16 in metal rod (either threaded or you need to thread the ends)& lock nuts.
- Skill saw with a metal cutting blade, wrenches, wire cutters/stripers/crimpers, vice, grinder, and a welder helps.
- a lot of time and even more band-aids
